Yourdeline Sertyl, LMHC, is a licensed mental health counselor with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field and more than 8 years as a therapist. She specializes in working with high-achieving, anxious minds who struggle with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, and major life transitions. If you constantly feel pressure to succeed, battle self-doubt, or find it hard to slow down, Yourdeline provides the support and strategies to help you regain balance and confidence.

 

Using a strength-based and cognitive behavioral approach, Yourdeline helps individuals recognize their inner strengths, develop resilience, and build healthier thought patterns. She integrates:

Yourdeline started Safe Space Counseling Services in 2021 with the vision of creating a supportive, inclusive, and accessible space where individuals could feel truly heard and understood. She recognized the need for a therapy practice that not only provided professional mental health support but also acknowledged the unique experiences of high-achievers, individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, and self-esteem issues, and those navigating major life transitions.

Her mission was to offer a compassionate and culturally sensitive approach, ensuring that clients—especially those from diverse backgrounds—felt validated and empowered to take control of their mental well-being. Through Safe Space Counseling Services, Yourdeline strives to help individuals build resilience, develop healthier thought patterns, and ultimately, live with greater confidence and fulfillment.

Robyn Veazie, LMHC, is a licensed mental health counselor with years of experience helping individuals navigate trauma, anxiety, substance use recovery, and life’s challenges. She specializes in working with those who feel overwhelmed by past experiences, struggle with self-doubt, or are seeking a path to emotional healing. Robyn provides the tools and support you need to process your past, manage symptoms, and step into a more confident, empowered version of yourself.

 

Using a compassionate, strength-based approach, Robyn helps clients recognize their inner resilience, build healthier coping mechanisms, and gain a deeper understanding of themselves. She integrates:

✔ Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) – Process trauma in a structured, supportive way.
✔ Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) – Identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns.

Robyn has experience working with diverse populations, including individuals recovering from trauma, those managing addiction, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. Currently pursuing a Doctorate in Health Science with a focus on Advanced Trauma Counseling, she is committed to deepening her expertise and providing the most effective care possible.

Her therapy style is empathetic, goal-oriented, and client-centered—blending evidence-based techniques with humor, warmth, and a nonjudgmental space where you can feel safe to grow and heal.
